There’s something about having a clean slate , alittle reset every 24
hours. Mornings are often magical. you'll use them to start out new healthy
habits, to figure on your passion projects or to possess a while for yourself.
Many folks don’t appreciate that new beginning. We hit snooze when the alarm
pops , complain we’re tired and that we need to attend work, we rush, drink
coffee and eat some empty calories.
I know i used to be that way a couple of years, maybe even a year ago. Then
i made a decision to start out awakening earlier and to urge my health,
well-being and life together. Slowly, not overnight, it all began to change.
Things i wanted for therefore a few years to happen, slowly actually started
happening.

slip and it all snowballs. But it definitely happens rarely now and that’s how
I’ve been ready to make the changes I wanted. Do your best, albeit it’s 80% of

5 THINGS TO NEVER NEUTRALIZE THE MORNING
1. HIT SNOOZE
Sleeping in 10-minute intervals isn't restful and it’s actually stressing
you out and making you exhausted.

2. CHECK EMAIL OR SOCIAL MEDIA

First, do something good only for you – like stretching, exercise, getting
dressed, journaling then get to figure .

4. EAT UNHEALTHY BREAKFAST AND HAVE COFFEE
I like doughnuts and occasional (especially cappuccino) the maximum amount
as anyone else. But they don’t make me the person i would like to be.
Whenever I start my day with a crappy breakfast, I start feeling sluggish,
confused and like I can’t finish anything.
During the first hour of the day, I also attempt to not drink coffee. It’s
hard because it’s one among the items which will get me out of bed even at 5
am, but I survive nevertheless. And I’m such a lot more clear and productive.
There are other reasons to not drink coffee right after you awaken ,
especially because your cortisol (the stress hormone) levels are up within the
morning anyway, so you don’t want to fuel that even more.
But I find I feel such a lot more alert and happy just beverage and getting
rehydrated from the night.
5. MAKE TOO MANY CHOICES
Have a morning routine in situ , so you don’t waste an excessive amount of
time and energy on small decisions early during the day.
The night before, or on Sunday, decide what you’ll wear, which workout
you’ll do, which project you’ll work on and what you’re getting to eat.
Deciding on this stuff beforehand will increase your productivity and cause
better quality decisions (that are literally important!) later within the day.
