How To Recharge Your Soul On Sundays

There is something magical, something soothing and calming in terms of Sundays.

That energy after productive, maybe a touch hectic week, where now soul finally has time to wind down, to relax and recharge.

That light, gentle energy that brings you home. Home to yourself.

For me Sundays are for celebrating myself. i really like doing everything I desire, everything my soul and heart craves.

Rest, self care, self love are so important. you'll only serve others, once you have served yourself first. It’s because you can’t give from an empty cup. you want to fill yourself with peace, love, creativity, and magic, so you'll contribute that to others.

To start fresh and productive week let’s shower ourselves on Sundays first!

TAKE SOME TIME

Do things slowly, mindfully and with awareness. concentrate to everything – how you progress , how you breathe, how you see the planet . Slow Sundays may be a must for every week filled with creative flow.

Besides mindful living generally is one among the best instruments for a peaceful and meaningful live.

SLOW COFFEE MOMENT

It are often whichever hot beverage soothes your soul the foremost – tea, matcha, maybe even a fresh fruit juice .

The key here is to require every sip with a lot of attention. Enjoy the method of creating it. Lay down within the summery morning Sun and ask yourself :

How does it smell?
How does it taste?

What moment like this brings up in your memory?

For me my morning matcha ritual may be a must. It’s like that universal light morning energy is in my little cup, and that i am so honored to require my time slowly and sip into my existence.

It is such a ritual that creates me so happy.

REFLECTION

Take your favourite journal and reflect on the week.

This ritual is for your self development, so you'll know what you would like to specialise in more on the new week.

  • What’s your biggest success during this week?
  • What does one want to focus more subsequent week?
  • Which day was the simplest this week? Why?
  • Is there something new you would like to undertake out? Why/what is it?
  • What’s your biggest goal for subsequent week?
Reflection will only move you forward to become your absolute best self.

When I was in grade school , I remember my Sundays as days for those long, long walks together with your favourite music in your earphones.

You walk, and walk, and walk. And suddenly all of your worries are gone, there's a replacement , fresh energy expecting you in the least times.

Walks are healing. Walks are reacharging. Use this instrument for your body (movement) and for your soul (mental clarity).
