 Life is so busy sometimes that it are often hard to interrupt faraway from the constant to-do list to specialise in what’s really important. Sometimes the thought of trying to measure ‘your best life’ everyday can feel overwhelming. Just the opposite day, work was piling up, the house was a multitude , and my to-do list was a mile long. I wanted to only bury myself in my work until it had been done. But I knew if I did that, and didn’t spend any time that day with my family or take a couple of minutes for self-care, I’d regret it. once I first went back to figure as a ‘working mom’ there would be days where I hardly saw my baby in the least . I remember at the top of 1 long day asking myself ‘what did i actually accomplish today? Did I make a difference?” Sure, my work was done, but that was it. My baby was missing his mommy, my husband was missing his wife, and that i was feeling pretty miserable about it. then realization i made a decision from that day on, albeit it had been only for a couple of minutes, i might confirm I did something a day where I felt fully present. No emails, no cell phones, no work-related concerns… just quality time where I could absorb all of these little moments in life that matter such a lot . to try to to that, I created an excellent easy three step decide to live my best life a day .
