BREATH MAGIC
I have talked about inhaling almost every of my blog posts, because i do know the great impact on humans life through it.
Next time you're angry, first attempt to specialise in your breathing. Are you even breathing? Or are you holding your breath due to your anger levels?
Take deeeep, deep breaths. Visualize calming, blue sky coming in, and painful, red, agressive air running out. i'm sure you wan’t to be an individual with magical, healing air flowing through your body.
Breathe deep as long as its needed, till you get to the purpose where you're feeling more and more calm.
BODY AWARENESS
Are you clenching your jaw?
Do you feel ‘’smokes are beginning of your ears, you’re burning inside?’’
Yep, that’s anger.
Pay attention where does one feel anger in your body the foremost . Is it the chest area? Maybe around your belly?
Relax your shoulders, move your body during a healthy and loving way. on behalf of me it’s yoga and dancing, for you it's going to be running or walking. Take whatever you need!
TEXTUALIZE YOUR ANGER
Now once you have worked on your body and understood how anger as an emotion is impacting it, it’s time to write down it all out.
Take journal, sit during a quite place where nobody can interrupt you, and write it all out.
What is triggering my anger?
What unhealed parts of myself I see during this anger session?
What’s holding me back from feeling better?
What would make my anger melt away right now? (Activities)
Why am I blaming myself for these problems?
OR PAINT YOUR ANGER
Let yourself be free with all the colours and shapes that are beginning of you. Release the emotional baggage by painting it all out. You’ll see how amazingly you'll free yourself out from feeling that way.
It’s totally a tremendous way the way to release yourself. Maybe you'll transform your inner anger during a beautiful butterfly? Or a snake? or simply haotic lines, that releases you? Try it out and see what’s the thought
DON’T REACT IN ANGER
This can end pretty badly, because during strong anger people become impulsive and sometimes times aren’t self conscious of their actions. Often times people react to your anger with more anger, it won’t benefit anyone attached.
Instead – attempt to tell something you're not proud of as peacefully as possible. I even have come to conclusion that discomfortable, but peaceful conversation is more beneficial than arguing, fighting and carving the doors.
Remember that reacting to what’s making you angry won’t process your trigger, it'll only make it worse.
LISTEN TO YOUR UNHEALED TRAUMAS
Our inner children in us are very smart. they struggle to speak with us through feelings and emotions.
Are you getting angry together with your beloved way an excessive amount of because actually you've got an underlaying fear and insecurities that you simply aren't enough and he's getting to broke up with you?
Or you just feel unloved generally that’s why you get irritaed and angry easily?
