I’ve struggled with this for the past, I don’t know, 3-4 years and I’ve observed and learned some stuff i feel are worth talking about.

 

During my baby’s first year, there’d be many days I’d be running around in my PJ’s without having the ability to require a shower or brush my teeth until 2 pm. then once the baby’s fed and asleep I’d be so exhausted i would like to nap also . 

 

I felt sloppy and like i used to be losing a neighborhood of me. Taking care of myself and my appearance are some things that creates me feel good and it's always been important to me. 

 

 

IT’S NOT a nasty THING to require to seem GOOD

 

It’s true, once you look good, you are feeling good. you are feeling confident. To some it'd be superficial, but i feel that’s just judging others for wanting something better for themselves. 

 

It’s not a nasty thing to require to seem good. It doesn’t cause you to any less of an honest person. It actually can cause you to a far better person. 

 

When you feel good in your body, when you’re confident in what you’re wearing – you’re more hospitable things and approach life with a special attitude. You’re prepared to satisfy anyone and you don’t got to hide behind a dumpster or explain yourself for the way you look. 

 

Whether we would like to admit it or not – we all know we deserve better. We need to look the simplest we will every single day.

 

Now, here are the items I found help me feel and appearance better, albeit I don’t leave the house for 3 days.

1. AWAKEN A TOUCH EARLIER.

5. DO YOUR HAIR.

Obviously you don’t got to wash your hair a day or do anything crazy – but you'll get a blow out every now then . i prefer to try to to it every 2 weeks, and that i feel such a lot better once I know my hair looks good. albeit I’m wearing jeans and T-shirt (or let’s face it – leggings) and have little or no or no structure on, I look put together.

 

6. DO YOUR NAILS.

7. HYDRATE!
