Oh, how i really like mornings now!
Sometimes I catch myself asking: ‘’Is this even me who says that?’’
And yes, it’s an equivalent old me.
It wasn’t like that each one my life, only these past 2 years once I finally started my self-development, self love journey. I wasn’t a morning routine person in the least till I realised that succesful people have morning rituals and routines.
And I decided to become a succesful person.
I can’t even await my morning rituals, i'm so excited about them that sometimes I even have trouble falling asleep. How cool is that?
Mornings holds some magical ability , high vibrational feeling, feeling of a frest start. Now i'm hooked in to that feeling once I am actually ready for the day, not sluggish and haotic.
I believe that having a morning routine may be a huge a part of self-love. You show like to yourself not only through words, but also through actions. And let me tell ya, this is often the action! awakening , showing like to your existence and having some overtime to require care of your sweet self.. Yes!

THE MIRACLE MORNING ROUTINE
STEP 1 – AWAKEN EARLY + CITRUS WATER
Early morning hours when everyone’s still sleeping.. such magic! It’s the time of calmness and peace. New ideas features a place to return in. awakening early on behalf of me works the simplest . i want approximately 1,5-2 hours to start out my morning.
Seems crazy, right?
But it's so worthwhile to possess a slow morning, to line yourself up for the day and invite only peace and beauty in your life.
Warm citrus water is that the best to awaken your body and digestion within the mornings. I prefer lime or lemon to appease my soul right. Plus it's not only healthy, but also tasty and really refreshing after the night sleep.
Also it’s a +1 water intake, which is so needed. While drinking the citrus water, I make some intention for the day – what i would like , what i want , what i might wish to manifest. Water features a memory, so take care what you would like for once you are drinking any liquid! (This could seem very woo-woo, but trust me on this one!)
STEP 2 – EUCALYPTUS SHOWER MEDITATION
If we mention spirituality for a sec, i would like to stress that the water really takes away the knowledge from you. that's why we feel so good after shower or bath.
You may be impressed, and that’s what you ought to be. While showering, imagine washing away all the concerns and anxious thoughts, the bad night dreams and fears. Really feel how you begin fresh and sort of a very new person.
My pro tip is to hold eucalyptus leaves within the shower. Eucalyptus has some seriously healthiness benefits. it's anti-inflammatory, innate immunity booster, it heals wounds, allergies, and should uplift your mood and increase energy levels.
STEP 3 – SLOW YOGA
I like better to enter the shower first and only then practice some self-soothing yoga. simply because water helps to release tension and stiffness from the night sleep. The body becomes more flexible and yoga session are often done more easily. What i really like about morning yoga sessions is that i actually move how i prefer , how my body is guiding me.
I don't follow any videos and rules, just a few relaxing stretching and yin yoga poses that feels best for my sweet four own walls.
STEP 4 – INHALE, EXHALE
I release stagnant energy and feelings with breath work. Such an excellent practice to lower the strain and release anxiety. I lay on the yoga mat and take time to breathe really, really deep breaths.
I love Alternate Nostril Breathing and Breath of fireside .
ALTERNATE NOSTRIL BREATHING – peace fingers to the pineal eye , thumb to right nostril, pinky and ring to left nostril. Inhale with one, exhale with the opposite , covering nostrils alternatively. Inhale through opposite nostril to start cycle again.
BREATH of fireside – quick pumps to the navel using diaphragm, inhaling and exhaling equally and rhytmically, increasing speed.
STEP 5 – BRAINWASH YOURSELF BEFORE THE PLANET DOES
By this I mean – get your mindset right. For this I hear my favourite audiobooks, podcasts and youtube videos. You know, you'll go onto your day, and therefore the information will come.
The thing is how the knowledge will hit you, will it impact you during a good or destructive way. Your job here is to possess a robust and positive mindset. A mindset where you're in peace with yourself, together with your own opinion about yourself and things around. Where nobody can hurt you or cause you to think that you simply aren't enough.
My favourite self-development podcast is BRAIN DUMP by Cornelia. She talks about numerous things that assist you grow as a private , psychological state , manifestation, self-improvement, positive mindset and more. My favourite days are mondays when the new episode of this podcast is out live!
My current favourite audiobook is Secrets of The Millionaire Mind by T. Harv Eker. This book really encourages me to think wealth. Wealth starts in your mindset, so i actually lookout of my thoughts, mind-set, my habits.
STEP 6 – SACRED BREAKFAST
First of all, go vegan, eat plantbased (literally my favorite tip to a cheerful and compassionate life)! Second, make breakfast such a sacred time of the day.
Enjoy making yourself a nourishing fuel that keeps you alive and energised. i really like making smoothie bowls, they're really refreshing, loaded with minerals and nutrients, fruits, berries, nut butters, perfect for health and wellness! i really like creating new flavours and being creative in my kitchen while making them, and each time they came out different then delicious.
I attempt to eat as mindfully as possible, meaning eating with none distractions – TV or gadgets. i actually take time to think good thoughts and intentions while eating my nourishing breakfast.
STEP 7 – DRESS UP AND SHOW UP
I now work from home and it can get really hard to decorate up and do my makeup. for a few time I found it unneccessary, but in time I felt a touch unmotivated. Somewhere I heard that it's really important to require care of yourself, dress up for yourself regardless of what are you doing and where are you doing it.
And what I heard was so right!
I gave a second chance with all that girly thing, I now make time to settle on my favourite outfit of the day, do a light-weight makeup, lookout of my skin and really my confidence and motivation came back immideately!
So this is often an honest tip for you to point out up for yourself regardless of what are you doing.
I hope that this magical morning routine will inspire you to require care of yourself more and become a successful people. Yes, I know, that becoming a morning person are often really difficult, but in time you'll see the impact of it and the way addicting it's to be healthy, happy and succesful!
