Yes, i'm an introvert person.
I love being around my kinda people, i really like watching movies together, having picnics and travel with my friends, but what i really like the foremost is functioning alone in my beautifully decored room with plants and crystals, dancing around, doing yoga and skim books. this is often my quite wonderland.
For some time i assumed that there's something wrong with me. I can talk with people, but I desire home with my very own inner world. It doesn’t mean i'm not a friendly person, not in the least , it means my ‘’superpowers’’ are charged once I do things on my very own .
It is so okay to vary .

What’s the difference between an extrovert and an introvert?
An extrovert may be a one that loves being surrounded by people . Inspiration and energy comes from ineraction for them. If there's a touch an excessive amount of ‘’alone’’ time, an extrovert person can feel isolated and even lost. Action, movement, chatting, surroundings are something he/she thrives one.
An introvert may be a one that recharges and feel the foremost alive when being alone. an excessive amount of interaction is energy draining. Solitude is what an introvert evaluate the foremost . What they have in life is comprehension from the loved ones. They fancy their inner world quite social situations.

Ending your day alone will always offer you a while to be in silence, visualize your dream life, practice mindful rituals, reflect, recharge. you'll even order a takeaway food and have a solo date night.
Night hours are as precious as early morning hours to practice self look after introvert people.
LISTEN TO A PODCAST
As introverted person, i really like performing on my self development.
When I want to recharge + improve myself both on just one occasion , I hear my favourite podcast BRAINDUMP WITH CORNELIA and lay in my bed while practicing breathing.

SPEND TIME WITH MAMA EARTH
Nature heals.
Nature knows.
Make some homemade sushi and have a picnic during a daisy field, choose a hike, hear the sound of waves, spend time in forest, or have just an extended , long walk. Nature knows the stillness and therefore the silence. an equivalent as we – introverts.
SAY ‘’NO’’ MORE OFTEN
