Do you live or does one just exist?
Very tough questions if we expect about them deeper.
Have you ever drove somewhere and realized you don’t remember the drive? Or eaten something and it’s gone before you’ve really tasted it?
I catched myself yesterday driving from point A to point B and only i used to be home I realised I didn’t remember anything from that drive. Like how crowded my mind were that I didn’t noticed things around me. it's crazy if we expect about it.
We tend to rush through life, living within the past or worrying about the longer term , rather than living within the moment and enjoying life.
Our minds get so cluttered from a day responsibilites, struggles, routines, that we just find yourself not giving much needed attention to our lives generally , we may even get depressed and lost, if we just rush through life.
Life happens now. If we could only pay more attention to this moment, i feel the standard of our lives would change drastically during a great way .
If we linger over the past, we are missing out on what might be today. We are missing out on today’s miracles and opportunities which will bring us to the brighter future! Bceause we are too busy to prevent and stare. Maybe that job oppurtunity you would like was here and now to act on today, but no, you were in such a rush and didn’t just noticed.
If we spend all of our time worrying about or planning the longer term , we actually never get there.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness may be a tool which will offer you more goodness in life. More joy and actual living, not just existing.
Mindfulness is bringing your attention to what you're experiencing immediately without judgment. It’s listening to your thoughts and feelings. It’s being conscious of what's happening in and around you.
If you're not living within the moment, you're missing the particular life.
Mindfulness also can assist you with stress and anxiety, the thought of it's to prevent and stare, abandoning of any worries and just be. Being mindful means being fully conscious of everything that you simply do .

HOW TO PRACTICE MINDFULNESS – 7 SIMPLE EXERCISES
1. FOCUS ON YOUR BREATHING, WHEN YOU WAKE UP
Simply bring attention to the ‘in and out’ rhythm of every breath. Count till 5 once you inhale , and count till 5 once you exhale . When the mind is beginning to rush through your to-do-list oF the day, bring attention —without judgment — back to your breath.
You can also give some flavour to the sport and think ‘’Inhale the love’’ once you inhale , and ‘’Exhale the peace’’ once you exhale . No pressure to try to to it in any way, just being conscious of the rhythm of my breath.
You can also do this Mindfulness Breathing Meditation to undertake out something more advanced.
2. TAKE NOTE OF YOUR 5 SENSES, WHEN YOU ARE HAVING BREAKFAST
Name something you're experiencing for every of the five senses (smell, sight, sound, taste, and hearing):
- I can smell the cinnamon and syrup from my morning coffee
- I can see how perfect the spread swirl is in my oatmeal
- I can hear the rain showers out of the window
- I can taste how bitter the chocolate chips are
- I can feel the heat of my fluffy blanket i'm bound up during this chilly winter morning
It is a fun and really powerful way of the way to practice mindfulness even when doing as simple thing as having a morning breakfast!
3. NOTICE HOW BRUSHES FEEL ON YOUR SKIN, WHEN YOU PUT ON MAKEUP
Feel how gently they're touching your skin, you'll even close your eyes (it could also be weird, but it's worth it!) See how sparkly the eyeshadows are and the way glossy the lipstick is. Do the lipstick taste like cherries or vanilla? concentrate
4. TAKE NOTE OF EACH STEP, WHEN YOU WALK TO THE GROCERY STORE
You are lucky if you've got legs to steer with. Be grateful that . And concentrate to every step. How does your feet feel like? Are the steps soft and delicate , or due to the tough work day heavy and sore? regardless of how you are feeling , inhale and say Thanks for your beautiful opportunity to steer to the grocery and buy the cheesecake you desire by your own sweet feet
5. BREATHE IN THE FRESH AIR, WHEN YOU ARE OUT IN NATURE
Feel how the air is flowing into your sweet lungs. How alive you'll feel due to that! Notice how cool and refreshing the air is, how you'll inhale to the fullest lung spectrum possible. once you are call at the character , also shop around of the sweetness of Mother Nature is providing. Which of the seasons is out there RIGHT NOW? Is it warm summer Sun or chilly autumn wind? How does one feel about that? Notice!
6. NOTICE PEOPLE AROUND, WHEN YOU ARE WAITING FOR SOMEONE OR SOMETHING
Notice their faces. Are they happy? Or sad? Or rushing from point A to point B? Notice the colour of their clothes. is that the majority black? or even there's someone who is wearing bright yellow outfit when the foremost popular color worn is black and grey? Sometimes once I am call at some events or simply walking down the road and seeing people, i feel that maybe this is often the primary and therefore the last time in my entire life once I am seeing them. We are within the same exact moment, within the same exact location, within the same exact time, and every one of which will be gone. it's so awesome to believe all the people you won’t ever get to understand closer, but there are some places and times when your lives are crossing each others. So cool!
7. NOTICE THE FEELING, WHEN YOU ARE HUGGING SOMEONE YOU LOVE
I think this is often so lovely to believe . once you hug someone, how does that feel like? Is that a fast hug or an extended one? Is it warm? does one have some emotions close to come up? Are they positive ones? i actually do appreciate hugs. it's just like the way of how two souls can physycally say thanks about life , it’s like appreciating the opposite one who lives within the same time once you are. Hug more!
You see, I collected the foremost simplest tasks we do on daily bases we don’t pay the much needed attention to. Mindfulness shouldn’t be hard to try to to , it should be easy, flowy and lovingly. Just listening to your overall life will bring you more joy and happiness. Your senses are going to be more sharper, you'll feel calm, relaxed and grateful for the life that you simply live.
