I want to stress that i'm not a therapist, i'm just sharing the knowledge that has helped me throughout my very own life expierences.
How is your psychological state going?
Are you feeling good in your own head space?
For me this point may be a bit though, i would like to be honest. Although, I attempt to look on everything from the positive aspect. I even have written down some habits for a far better psychological state , so I can feel better off and positive on my not so well days.
DITCH MULTI-TASKING
What are often more energy draining than doing 100 things at the time? Be very picky with everything you are doing . Always ask yourself –
- Is this the thing i really like to do?
- Do I feel good while doing this?
- Is this worth my energy?
APPRECIATE LITTLE THINGS
Hey, it’s spring here – we must be grateful for sunnier days, flowers, green, green Earth, warm evenings and bloomness everywhere. Spring on behalf of me has always been a time where I feel more alive, better off and motivated.
But the purpose here is that seeing little things in your lifestyle will lift you up and make more happiness and positivity.
BE GENTLE TOGETHER WITH YOUR BEING
Don’t push yourself to the sting , once you don’t desire to. ‘’Sit back, relax and luxuriate in your flight!’’ are some things what we here once we travel.
So being relaxed with yourself, being gentle and type will only cause you to feel more lighter and appreciative.
It will offer you the drive you would like in your daily productivity tasks.
CUT OUT SUGAR/PROCESSED FOODS
Sugar are often extremely addictive. within the brain, excess sugar impairs both our cognitive skills and our self-control.
‘’For many of us , having a touch sugar stimulates a looking for more. Sugar has drug-like effects within the reward center of the brain. Scientists have proposed that sweet foods—along with salty and fatty foods—can produce addiction-like effects within the human brain, driving the loss of self-control, overeating, and subsequent weight gain.’’
TAKE SOCIAL MEDIA BREAKS
Digital detox is what the soul craves – we must not ever take our lives without any consideration and truly live, rather than living our lives through others lense.
As someone whos’ work is online, I even have managed to schedule the times once I got to work and days once I absolutely am offline.
Do the items you're keen on on your social media detox days, your overall being will many thanks later!
CUT OUT TOXIC INTERACTION
This one is large . i do know that it are often very painful to abandoning of somebody or something that doesn’t serve you, but isolating those energetic bonds. Find more like-minded people.
And don’t limit yourself by thinking that you simply will never find someone which will love you. This one leads us to subsequent habit, which is :
LOVE YOURSELF UNCONDITIONALLY
You see, the error for the foremost of the people is that as soon as they're out of the connection , they immideately are checking out another.
But what about self love?
What about taking the day off to actually appreciate yourself, love yourself and improve yourself?
I really think that this is often neccessary, because once you actually find out how to simply accept and love your own existence, you're ready to spread the thing to others.
You can’t give something that you simply don’t know yourself. Remember that.
COOK SOMETHING YUMMY
When I catch myself being exhausted from the work, I always attempt to find something different to try to to , so I can expierence something else, recharge and clear my thoughts.
One of the items that make me happy is cooking. Plantbased cooking.
Cooking on behalf of me is magical, because i really like to place crazy in my food and feed my body with all the goodies. Remember, that the food has such an incredible impact on our psychological state , that's why :
EAT MORE REAL FOOD
Fruits, veggies, berries, legumes, starch… food that Mother Nature provides. We are perfectly designed to eat this sort of food, so we will feel our best!
PRIORITISE YOUR PRIORITIES
Such as sleep, food, rest, love, your improvement and more. Practicing to prioritise yourself will make an excellent impact on your psychological state , because you'll find out how to place yourself first.
And once you put yourself first, you'll only then be an excellent inspiration and love for others.
MOVE YOUR SWEET VESSEL
Move your body! Move out the toxicity, stagnant energies, painful emotions.. having the ability to maneuver your body is that the greatest way the way to deal with a day stress, anxiety and tension.
When I haven’t had an honest boogie or a yoga session, my psychological state feels as low as my human body – I feel jucky, actually.
My body and psychological state craves the movement, and that i hope yours’ too!
EMBRACE SLOW LIVING
What a busy times we live in! i'm unsurprised in the least why our mental healths are often at rock bottom possible. Fast living and multi tasking is such a frustrating things to try to to .
And once you got to do this day by day.. we get burnt! Emotionally, physically, mentally..
Practice slow living, simple living, minimalistic living. i'm not asking you to become an extreme minimalist (if that’s your thing, choose it!), i'm asking you to hamper , to become more conscious of your life.
MORE QUALITY, LESS QUANTITY
Here we will return to minimalistic living – just one occasion once I moved the cities, I had way an excessive amount of stuff that made me anxious and stressed. I didn’t even know where to start out .
Step by step I began to limit the items in my house and that i was surprised what percentage of them I didn’t even used, they only kept make me anxious.
When I limited the items , I felt better off . Now I crave more quality, less quantity.
Also please tidy your space a touch a day , your psychological state will thank me later!
INCREASE NATURE TIME
Nature knows the simplest , Nature heals.
When I was a child , I always knew that i want to travel outside, play or simply sit, because that's how you're taking your power back.
Grewing up, we forget that.
If you reside during a city, then attempt to bring nature indoors, like flowers, herbs.
DO SOUL SEARCHINGS MORE OFTEN
Really, unlearn who you're , without what the society or your parents say. Question everything. For this, i like to recommend to undertake Journal Prompts. Journal a day and answer the questions.
When you know the aim of your life and everything you are doing , you create a peaceful life – living becomes easier.
DAYDREAM A DAY
I love, love, love visualizing my dream life and living because it already is. Not during a way that i'm not being realistic, no, i'm still on this Earth doing the items i really like , while still getting closer to my dreams.
But daydreaming is so soul soothing, also as powerful. Because your brain sees no difference between what you visualize and what's reality.
When you don’t have something in you real world what you've got imagined, the brain, subconsciousness starts to try to to everything to bring that thing in your reality. Sounds woowoo, but that’s the law. That’s the reality .
