These past weeks have made me believe my existence, and ways how am i able to change and improve my life. most significantly – this point i would like that transformative life improvement to be slow, gentle, self-loving.

Without any rush, anxiety and stress.

That is why I sat down and considered 10 absolute best slow ways the way to improve your life – mindfully, carefully and lovingly. and that i compassionately want to share them with you, so we will all change our lives into directions that creates our souls happy.


Allow yourself to heal

This one is large . Healing are often hard, uncomfortable, painful and exhausting. As we sleep in a bipolar world, that's just what we'd like . Healing isn’t linear. If it might be, then there's no point for a person's to reincarnate on this reality.

I have catched myself that on days where I feel that some healing work must be done – some shadow parts of myself, I easily can get distracted – I start to scroll through social media, find some areas to wash that I normally don’t even do on cleaning days, basically – I do the items that allow me to not heal the items that require to be healed.

It happens like that because healing brings discomfort and pain. It’s like our brain works during a way that it protects us from feeling pain, but the healing is what makes us expierence a far better life – happier, lighter, more joyful and abundant.

Allow yourself to heal.

Stay away from distractions, on those times remember that healing must be finished your own wellbeing and private growth.


Wake up blessed, attend bed grateful

Start your day with positive mindset. Send some much needed love towards yourself and see how the magic happens itself.

Do something nice for yourself every singleday


Date yourself, bring yourself to the nicest cafe , read a self development book, do a facial, pamper yourself, move your body, eat that piece of cake and eat that juicy fruit, allow yourself to shop for something you've got been wishing for therefore long, wear the clothing that creates you are feeling your best…Basically those little nice things to yourself creates your life, how you see yourself within the world, how you act, how you are feeling .. Create magical moments in your life daily.


Discover your authenticity

I have always loved the thought of not doing the items that other want me to. that's how I discovered freedom. I can truly say that authentic life may be a great life.

You get to understand yourself to the fullest and know what you'll bring back the worlds’ table.

Know your worth.


Don’t rush

Don’t rush your life away. Drink your coffee slowly, have a slow yoga, have an extended shower, have an extended meditation, choose a 1 hour walk, choose a 2 hour walk..

The world can wait, because what the planet needs is more people asleep .


Treat yourself right


The only relationship that matters within the bigger picture is that the relationship with yourself. Ask yourself these few questions:


How does one love yourself?

Do you respect your needs?

How does one treat yourself?

Do you enjoy your company?

One of these questions personally made me cry. Because my inner child felt so lonely and sad that one little question made numerous emotions and feelings.

I accept that. I surrender that. and that i abandoning .

I began to treat myself right – like i might always desire. and therefore the things in my life changed. For the higher .


Be humble, be human

How you act towards yourself, you act towards everything around you. Be humble towards yourself, be humble towards everyone else. Love everyone and therefore the life will love you back. Forgive yourself et al. , we all are human and that we all make mistakes what we grow from.

That is why we are here – to interact, to grow, to feel, to expierence, to be human!!!


Live what you're keen on 

I cannot understand the phenomena of doing the items for money and feeling unhappy and unfulfilled. Is that why we truly came here?

If you're keen on what you are doing and live what you're keen on , the abundance will come. Why? Because that’s the law.

Like all the opposite laws on this planet. If you truly do something with all of your love and heart, the opposite things like money and abundance will come.

We sleep in abundant world. Remember that.

Check your inner home

1,2,3,50,100 x each day , if you would like to. Self improvement starts in your inner world, inner mind. Be very conscious of your psychological state , because your inner reality reflects on your outter reality.


Do a lot of nature fixes

When I feel anxious and frustrated, i'm going outside into nature.


Beach walk, forest walk, city walk.


Meditation within the center of the daisy field.


Vegan picnic while sitting within the park.


Nature knows the simplest . Nature heals the simplest .
