I was forced to practice more self care, self love, wellness tips, mindfulness, meditation.. everything well-being related, if I wanted to function properly. I did many research and one among the common things about feeling good and making your life better has a morning routine, morning rituals.
As i actually wanted to urge better with my self existence, well-being, health, mind, body and soul, I began to implement many different morning rituals.
Morning rituals are simply small habits, actions or decisions that we will make within the morning to make more ease and flow throughout our day.
