I believe that overthinking is that the art of making problems that aren’t even there.
People tend to measure in their minds quite in their physical reality, not during a self developing way, like meditating or visualizing, but during a self destructive way that destroys peace and leave them anxious and tensed up.
I am a Gemini Sun, which suggests I are often an individual who thinks, and thinks, and thinks… then – overthinks!
How many times have I even created negative situations in my life, simply because i think altogether of my thoughts.. crazy even to believe that.
But in years I even have developed a skill that helps me to ditch the overthinking and are available back to reality.
It is not just me that's sucked into this dark spiral called overthinking, I see that it’s a standard issue for humanity.
One of the explanations it's going to be like that's – this fast world affects us so deeply, that sometimes we even forget who we are.
And then our mind works so fast then aggresive, that it affects everything – feelings, body, a day life, relationships, productivity, etc., and sometimes it even becomes that worse it's such a struggle to return out of a negative mindset.
But like for everything – there's always a solution!
Today i would like to share a number of the foremost practical tips which will assist you to ease the overthinking, and in time – cut that out of your a day life.
Let’s stop overthinking!
Practical tip : Whenever you are feeling anxious, worried and left with a sense that your brain is close to ‘’blow up’’ from all the junky thoughts, find a peaceful place where you'll be together with your own, close your eyes and watch.
Just watch.
Breathe deep. Count 4 inhales and 4 exhales.
See how your thoughts come and go, come and go, and you’ll see that the mind is slowly calming down.
Do this practice when it’s needed, and in time those crazy thought waves will become smaller and smaller, and you – more powerful to regulate your mind.
Everything is so temporary during this world, that it's so unneccesary to spend time worrying about things.
Worrying and ovethinking doesn’t leave you with solutions. It’s just a repetitive habit in your mind that doesn’t open how to new perspective.
Instead of worrying, attempt to calm the mind and consider solutions. there's this thing – if you're hella worried and your mind is simply so cluttered, there's no way that new ideas and solutions can are available .
Worrying about things which may fail , doesn’t help things go right.
So again, calm your mind, calm your soul, and therefore the absolute best idea and solution therein moment will kick in. I promise, I even have been there, I even have done that multiple times, cuz, hey, i'm Gemini Sun. 🙂
