4 Holistic Daily Rituals For People Who Work From Home

As someone who works from home (I love, love, love performing from home, that's my dream that have come true!), I tend to ditch what proportion I actually spend time creating and doing, simply because i really like what I contribute to the planet .

I can’t be more grateful about my job, i'm doing what i really like and really feel that this is often my soul purpose – to shine a light-weight through words, to bring clarity in life.

As performing from home are often the truly neatest thing on behalf of me to try to to , I even have come to conclusion that there must be some daily rituals throughout the day, to feel good and energised.

Just because you're employed , work, work, then you simply remember about yourself when your body is screaming to! And it shouldn’t be like that in the least .

So during this past month I included some holistic daily rituals in my work days that restored me, kept me refreshed and energised, so I could still do what i really like .

Let’s dive in!



1. STRETCH YOUR VESSEL

As a blogger, graphic designer, astropsychologist (loads of labor to do!)I work from my PC a day , so it's only acceptable that neck and shoulders tend to urge stiff and tensed up, sometimes even once you don’t stretch, you'll get headaches from that. it's so important to stretch once you work on headquarters all day long.

Some gentle stretching or gentle yoga poses are truly healing and restorative.

My favourite neck and shoulder tension relief poses are :


  • Bound forward fold
  • Shoulder pigeon
  • Arm pull
  • Puppy pose


2. DRINK ENOUGH WATER

‘’Are you kidding me?’’, you'll ask, but no, there's a search that the majority people aren’t drinking enough water through out the day, not even on the brink of enough.

Drinking enough water through out your working day can :


  • Improve your mood
  • Relieve fatigue
  • Improve your memory
  • Prevents backaches
  • Lubricate joints
  • Power up your mental creativity about 30%, etc


So, please, if you're an entrepreneur (or just any kinda person :D),

DRINK YOUR WATER RIGHT NOW!

You can always add some fruit or citrus, if you don’t just like the plain taste. My favourite combination is lemon + peppermint, it’s so refreshing!

3. EAT THE RIGHT KINDA FOOD

Food may be a medicine and food may be a source where you get your energy in, so you'll live, create, celebrate then on.

It’s a requirement need to eat the proper quite food, which will assist you to be energised, creative, and just overall a healthy person .

All the minerals and nutrients needed are within the plantbased diet (I will promote this till the end). The food that keeps me energised and artistic is :


  • Kale
  • Sweet potato
  • Beets
  • Oatmeal
  • Beans
  • Quinoa
  • Spinach

Also it's vital to concentrate to your body. once I am during a work flow, i personally know that mind says : Oh, i will be able to eat once I finish this and finish that.. and you catch yourself after another hour feeling famished, hungry and HANGRY!

TIP HERE : Keep healthy snacks right next to your computer, so you recognize that you simply snack just for good.

Fruit, berries, veggie plates with a bean, hummus dip – that’s my choice.

4. FLOW STATE – MEDITATE

Meditation brings clarity in my life. Just a qucik 5-10 minute meditation brings creativity, new ideas and thoughts that couldn’t be found during a daily rush. once you work from home it's actually far more easier to require breaks and breathe for a flash .

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Let your thoughts choose a second.

I hope that these simple rituals will assist you to measure more holistically even once you work from home. It’s so important to seek out balance in every single are in life.
