Lately, I’ve been more conscious of how I begin my day, especially because it relates to my phone usage. I heard the thin Confidential Him and Her Podcast (one of my favs!) talking about not using your phone within the AM for things like emails, texts and scrolling social media because it causes you to react; you don’t want to be reacting to what people need of you. Instead, get on the offense.
Beginning my day in an offensive place starts with my mindset. I even have to try to to something to be proactively positive – it doesn’t just come to me a day .
