How Anxiety Makes Me Look

Anxiety can cause you to look pretty awkward and even rude!

I usually have a ‘mean face’ on, and don’t even realize it! Sometimes I ‘check out’ mentally and it’s super annoying cuz i would like to be a neighborhood of the conversation but I can’t focus enough to hitch in. If I do take part and manage to talk up, and that’s an enormous if, I usually find yourself saying something that doesn’t make total sense then head home and worry about it for subsequent 3 years. So I like better to just stay quiet and finish up looking very unapproachable instead ugh! Hence the mean girl title!

Sometimes I’d honestly preferably be referred to as a mean girl, than need to explain my anxiety.

When I don’t encounter as rude I can encounter as a clumsy , babbling nut that cuts people off when they’re talking. Not because I don’t care what you’re saying, it’s cuz I’m so anxious I can’t stop talking!

Then, people are shocked to listen to I even have anxiety because I seem out-going! they need no clue how I actually feel!

I’m usually twiddling with something in my hands. this manner I even have something else to specialise in so as to distract me… not from you, but from me. The mind is such a strong thing, and your thoughts and feelings are actually everything.

I even have a bent to cancel plans if I’m having a nasty day. It’s not that I don’t want to ascertain you. I do, but the thought of getting to a event drains me.

What’s ‘Normal’ Anyway?

It’s normal to urge a touch anxious from time to time, but people that suffer from mental disorder have uncontrollable feelings of worry that ultimately affects their day to day lives. It’s… awful!

You’ll Only Understand If you've got Anxiety

The worst is when it happens around people. does one excuse yourself? Or attempt to hold it together hoping it passes quickly?

Anxiety are often awkward and is tough to elucidate to someone who has never suffered like that before. I usually just attempt to breath and hope it passes quickly which I don’t look too awkward.

It seems like the space is closing in on me. I’m over-thinking about how overwhelming this is often and jumping to conclusions about what you’re brooding about me.

I can see you talking, but can’t even hear the words you’re saying. My anxiety is causing my mind to race a mile a moment .

I’m probably intimidated by how confident you seem and I’m wishing I might be so comfortable. 😕 How nice it must be for this all to return so naturally for you. How nice it must be to not have anxiety.

Anxiety Triggers

Sometimes it comes out of nowhere. You’re going about your day, when suddenly you are feeling it approaching . It’s getting harder to breath. Your heart is racing, your hands are becoming hot and your chest is tightening. Your head’s getting foggy and you can’t think straight. the space is closing in on you, and within the middle of all this chaos, you’re trying to act ‘normal’.

I have many good days too, where I’m ‘normal’ish lol 😂 it’s not all bad! Here are some things that help me feel better!
