Homemade Fire Cider Recipe (ACV Cold Remedy)

• 0.5 cup grated horseradish
• 0.5 cup grated ginger root
• 1 onion diced
• 10 garlic cloves mashed
• 2 inch grated goldenseal
• 1 lemon
• rosemary to taste
• cayenne pepper to taste
• Cinnamon to taste
• apple vinegar enough to fill the container
• Honey to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

ü  Cut the lemon in pieces and put it during a large glass jar.
ü  Add all other ingredients.
ü  Pour the apple vinegar until you fill the jar completely.
ü  Wrap the highest of the jar with a tissue. don't use a metal cap/lid.
ü  Store the jar during a dark and funky place for a month. Shake the mixture once during a while.
